You can call the Toyota Customer Experience Center at 1-800-331-4331 with any questions you may have. The Center’s hours are Mon – Fri, 5:00 am – 6:00 pm PST and Sat, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm PST.
You can also click the link below, as it has several Q&A’s for owners.

Toyota will send you information in the mail as to when you should bring your Matrix to the dealer to be fixed. They advise that if you are experiencing the pedal sticking, to take it to the dealer immediately.
